BOARD-PRO PLUS Diamond - fiber cement board 10x6 BP-25506. 10 dia. x 6 teeth. 5/8 arbor, .098 kerf, FTG grind, 8 hook. For single/stacked sheets. BOARD-PRO PLUS series is the best choice for long lasting performance when cutting fiber-cement board. Fiber-cement board is a very abrasive material that wears down normal carbide very quickly. Board-pro plus has the latest technology PCD (poly-crystalline diamond) for extended cutting life- especially for thick (stacked) material. PCD tips produce a smoother cut. Thicker plate on PCD for longer life. Perfectly-tensioned, hardened-tool steel plates for flat, true run. Extra long blade life. Lower cost per cut! Less dust than traditional blades produce.

Nickel - Chrome alloy steel creates a stiffer, corrosion resistant blade for better cuts and longer life. It also allows for a higher Rockwell value while providing a tougher, more forgiving blade. The tips are an advanced, sub-micron grade of tungsten carbide for smoother, cooler cuts and much greater tip life. Tip life is up to 10x that of ordinary carbide saw tips.
