Shipping

Our shipping policy:

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations (please see the International Orders section for more information)

We prefer to ship all of our products via UPS.  As a customer, you have the option of choosing Ground, Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, and 3rd Day select.

In certain circumstances, USPS may be available if you really need it. Give us a call at 1-800-346-8274 and we will try to accommodate you as much as we can.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the shipping location, the weight of the product(s) and the shipping options you choose (Ground, Next Day Air, etc.) To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

If unexpected delays occur, customers will be contacted via phone or email (provided with your order) as soon as possible.

Some vendors update us when orders ship and others we try our best to contact for updates on a daily basis to verify shipping. Once we receive notification of shipment, we enter the tracking number (permitted we do have it) into customer orders.  Once we enter the tracking number, the system marks it as shipped and an automatically generated email gets sent with the tracking number. 

Another way to check your tracking information, log into your account and look at "Order Status." It should say the status and the tracking number. If you do not see a tracking number or you need an update on your order, please give us a call at 1-800-346-8274 and we will be more than happy to get tracking information and/or an update on your order. In most circumstances, we can get you a tracking number almost immediately. The only instances it will take longer to get this information is if the vendor is already gone for the day, weekend or holiday.

International Orders

We do offer the option to ship international orders. A lot of our vendors will not ship internationally and therefore, the product(s) will have to be brought into our facility. When possible, we try to ship international orders via USPS due to high shipping costs and the additional cost of bringing the product(s) from our vendors into our facility. We will no longer ship any products from Woodpeckers, Incra, tool sets and saw blades over 12" internationally. For information on international orders, see our International Order Policy.

We do charge an additional $10.00 handling fee for international orders since they have to be brought into our facility.

A brief guide to order statuses

We have three different status updates for your order that you will see in your account:

1. Awaiting Fulfillment. The order has been received and processed.

2. Awaiting Shipment. We are just waiting for notification that the order has shipped.

3. Shipped
