General Return Policy
You may return items at any time for a full refund, there are no time restrictions on anything in our online store. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks of giving your package to the return shipper; however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 6 business days) and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (2 to 3 business days). In most circumstances, we can process your return the same day as it was received into our facility (with the exception of holdiays and weekends).
There are a couple of ways we can do a return:
1. Login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We will receive the notification on our end but the refund will not be completed until the product(s) have been shipped back to us and received. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
2. Call us at 1-800-346-8274 with your order number (if this is unavailable, the customer name will work as well) and we can sort through the details and help you out with anything
3. Return it to our facility with your name, order number and reason why you are returning it
If you would like to exchange the product(s) for a different item(s), there are two different ways that this can be done:
1. Order the other product(s) you want and send us the part(s) you don't want and we will process the refund once it comes into our facility (recommended if you are restricted on time)
2. Send back the undesired product(s), wait for it to be received, once we receive it we can process the return. Once the return has been processed, we will notify you and then you can purchase the product(s) you want instead.
President's note: This is how it usually works. If you want to do things differently we will do that for you as well. We have a system that works very well for most people, most of the time.
