BOARD-PRO Carbide - Fiber Cement Board 71/4x40 PT-18540CB. 7-1/4 dia. x 40 teeth. 5/8 knockout arbor, .073 kerf, ATAF grind, 12 hook. Great for finer, single sheet cutting. BOARD-PRO is the best choice for long lasting performance when cutting fiber-cement board. Fiber-cement board is a very abrasive material that wears down normal carbide very quickly. The Tenryu board-pro incorporates special grade carbide tips for longer life. Each blade features: perfectly-tensioned, hardened-tool steel plates for flat, true run, selected quality carbide grade, extra long blade life, economically priced and produces less dust than traditional blades.

Nickel - Chrome alloy steel creates a stiffer, corrosion resistant blade for better cuts and longer life. It also allows for a higher Rockwell value while providing a tougher, more forgiving blade. The tips are an advanced, sub-micron grade of tungsten carbide for smoother, cooler cuts and much greater tip life. Tip life is up to 10x that of ordinary carbide saw tips.
