Our credit card processing settings are set for every card card billing address to be verfied through the issuing bank. However, most international banks do not support any Address Verification Systems.  We are more than willing to ship to most countries but our process for shipping international does vary from domestic orders.   

We are also no longer shipping any products from Woodpeckers, Incra, tool sets or saw blades over 12" internationally because they will not fit in flat rate boxes. 

For International Customers: 

1. Some countries only have one UPS shipping method available through our online store.  We have tried to establish USPS for international orders but we unfortunately had no luck and it is beyond our control.  If you would like a USPS shipping quote to your location please email emgt@carbideprocessors.com. We can do USPS shipping on our side and place the order for you.  

Be sure to include in your email the part numbers you will be ordering as well as the quantity. It is important to note that we will only ship what will fit in a USPS flat rate box for international orders. 

2. Some international credit cards will still process. If yours does not, the best option would be to pay through a PayPal account and send the payment to president@carbideprocessors.com. If you do not yet have an account through PayPal, establishing one is very easy with just three simple steps.  

3. Once we receive the payment, we can process the order for you and send you a copy of the order via email. 

Please note: For any product(s) we ship internationally, we have to bring them into our facilty to ship USPS as a majority of our vendors will not ship internationally or via USPS. Therefore, a lead time of up to 7 business days will occur. 

Shipping to Canada

Please note, when shipping to Canada via Canada Standard, additional brokerage fees may apply from UPS.  In many cases, we can ship via United States Postal Service from our location.  However, there is an approximate one week lead time.  We do  not advise using USPS when purchasing expensive items as their tracking numbers do not provide as much information compared to UPS and there would be no insurance on the package.  We are not responsible for any additional brokerage fees incurred from UPS.
