Good Tip

Weak carbide – maybe improper Saw grinding

Most commonly heat stress – probably wrong braze alloy

Carbide only left in very corner – bad brazing

Impact breakage – If there is no carbide stuck to the steel above the break then brazing is an issue and maybe a cause.

Impact breakage – look at tip of steel shoulder to see if saw hit something or was dropped.
