Machine Coolant Filter Units

These are far and away the least expensive industrial filter units that still deliver well over 99% particle removal down to and below one micron in particle size.   The filters are standard and are easy to change.  The units are very safe including a GFCI on the full units. 

You can select a standard unit, we will help you select a unit or we will build units for you.   If necessary you can have us build a custom unit and send it out on approval.   The  units are all based on the difference they make measured as particles  per cubic centimeter before and after filtering.  You can also have government certified testing done through our lab.

The first units were built for Cascade Southern Saw Co. where the focus of filtering was a cleaner healthier shop.   West Coast Saws bought a full set of units to cut grinding wheel use in half and coolant use by 90%.  Machine shops buy units to reduce tool breakage and extend coolant life.
