O Flute, Downcut, Spiral Router Bits - (1 Flute) Solid Carbide - Vortex 5760. Cutting Edge Diameter 3mm, Cutting Edge Length 8mm, Shank Diameter 6mm, Overall Length 64mm. These tools provide good clean cuts in hard plastics, as well as aluminum, while allowing the choice of upward chip removal which can enhance surface finish and part hold down. Tools which have an S behind the part number were manufactured with specific geometry for cutting softer plastics.
