Consulting is free if we can sell you supplies or sell what you make.   

Production Problems

If you have a production brazing problem you can probably solve it with the literature online.  The information was originally written for print and still works better that way than online.  There are also additional topics in the books.    In most production problems the technical is easy and the political is hard.   

*  If you are a student I will help you free if you have done your homework first. 

*  If you are with a major corporation, please be prepared to pay a fee. 

Solutions to Problems

• Send us a drawing and a description of the use of the tool. We can supply ready to braze parts and instructions for their use for as little as $250.
• Send us a full description of the failed part including the supplier and grade of the carbide and the braze alloy. We will supply a superior grade.
• We will do an analysis of the failed parts similar to those in this book starting at $500.
• Phone consultation is $150 per hour.
• Location on site is $150 per hour, half day minimum plus travel expenses.
