Compression, Spiral Router Bits - (1 Flute) Solid Carbide - Vortex 3060. Cutting Edge Diameter 1/2 Cutting Edge Length 1 3/4 Shank Diameter 1/2 Overall Length 3 1/2. Compression spirals are used extensively for cutting double sided laminates. These tools can also be used on natural woods where edge finishing is a problem with standard spiral tools. The single edge design allows for feed rates up to 450 inches per minute. This tool will leave a clean edge cut.
